In this year’s local elections, I will be standing for Wellington City Council representing the Takapū/Northern ward as an independent candidate.

As a community advocate and a long-term resident of Churton Park, I have proactively participated in and contributed to many of the city’s local diverse communities through my work with the Multicultural Council of Wellington (President), Churton Park Community Association (Board Member) and other groups.

 

I would now like to put the skills, experience and networks I have developed towards being
your representative on the city council. I will be a strong and collaborative voice for our local
community by working with other representatives to solve the major challenges in Wellington together.
