About Me
"I will be a strong and collaborative voice for our local community"
As a business, arts and cross-cultural exchange professional, I have extensive business, arts and governance experience in New Zealand and internationally. I am the Co-Chair of the China and New Zealand Business Council, Vice President of NZ China International Trade Association, Trustee of New Zealand Arts Foundation and Auckland Festival of Photography, and CEO of Pacific Culture and Arts Exchange Centre. In addition to this, I have over ten years board level experience across public, private, not-for-profit and community. Through my work, I have been privileged to work with the city council on a wide range of events and activities.
Out and about during the campaign
It has been a busy few weeks for me, delivering leaflets, attending candidate's meetings, waving signs, continuing to knock on doors and talking with local residents & businesses.
I'm grateful for the kind support from all our friends and multicultural communities.
My
Story
I came to Wellington with my family in 2010, and really love the people, lifestyle and culture here.
Since settling in Wellington, I have been actively involved in local societies and communities - over the years, I have accumulated extensive leadership and governance experience in the public and private sector, not-for-profit organisations and the communities.
I love Wellington, and am passionate about bringing people together to improve local economic and social development, promote multiculturalism, and make a positive difference for our local area and the city as a whole.
